Pengaruh Penempatan Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bpkad Provinsi Riau Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Research conducted at the Regional Financial Management Agency of
Riau Province. The aim is to find out the direct effect of work placement and work
experience, on BPKAD Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction as an
intervening variable. This study took a sample of 60 people. The variables used
are work placement, work experience, employee performance and job satisfaction.
Data were analyzed using Path Analysis.
The results showed that there was an effect of placement and work
experience, on employee performance. and lies in job placement and work
experience, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening
variable. The better job satisfaction needed by employees, the more it increases.
