Analisis Pengaruh Big Five Personality Dan Motivasi Serta Implikasinya Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Dan Kinerja Driver Pada Pt. Kerja Sama Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influence of big five personality and
motivation and their implications for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
and driver performance at PT. Kerja Sama Pekanbaru. The population in this
study were all employees who worked as drivers at PT. Kerja Sama Pekanbaru
totaling 220 people. The analytical method used is path analysis with the help of
the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) program. The results of this study indicate
that personality has a positive & significant effect on OCB, motivation has a
positive & significant effect on OCB, personality has a positive & significant
effect on performance, motivation has a positive & significant effect on
performance, OCB has a positive & significant effect on performance, personality
has a positive effect on performance through OCB, motivation has a positive
effect on performance through OCB.
