Pengaruh Atribut Produk Dan Referensi KelompokTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen Kosmetik Sariayu Martha Tilaar Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes and group
references on purchasing decisions and cosmetic buying interest in Sariayu
Martha Tilaar in Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes consumers
who have made purchases and used cosmetic Sariayu Martha Tilaar, Nonprobability
samples in determining the number of samples in this study as many
as 108 respondents.
Primary data were obtained based on distributing questionnaires directly
to respondents, while secondary data were supporting documents related to the
research variables. Data analysis techniques using the path analysis test with the
help of SPSS version 17.
The results of the research show: 1) Product attributes have significant
influence on purchasing decisions. 2) Group Reference Significantly Influences
Purchasing Decisions. 3) Product Attributes have a Significant Effect on
Repurchase Interest 4) Group References have a Significant Effect on Repurchase
Interest. 5) Purchasing Decisions have a Significant Effect on Repurchase
Interest. 6) Product Attributes Have Significant Impact on Repurchase Interests
Through Purchasing Decisions. 7) Group Reference Significantly Influences
Repurchase Interest Through Purchasing Decisions.
