Pengaruh Manajemen Kualitas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Inovasi Proses Di Pt.Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effects of quality management on employee
performance through process innovation at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru.
The population in this study includes the production and sales of PT. Rotte Ragam
Rasa Pekanbaru, amounting to 160 people with a sample of 114 employees
Primary Data is collected with questionnaires as instruments to prove the
results of the research, to test the hypothesis on this research is to use the analysis
of PLS (partial least square) with the help of SMARTPLS program. The sampling
technique uses the Slovin formula (114 employees of PT. Rotte variety Rasa
Pekanabaru).
The results showed that: 1). Tthere was a positive and significant effect of
quality management of the innovation process of PT. Rotte Rasa Rasa Pekanbaru.
2). There is a positive and significant effect of quality management on the
performance of employees PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. 3). There is a
positive and significant effect of process innovation on the performance of
employees PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. 4). There is a positive and
significant effect of quality management towards employees performance through
process innovation in PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru.
