Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Sari Lembah Subur Kabupaten Pelalawan
This research aims to see the effect of organization commitment,
motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah
Subur Pelalawan Regency. The population and at once the samples of this
research were all permanent employees in 2018 in the amount of 78 people. Data
analysis was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS
23 program to see the effect of organization, motivation, and work discipline
either partially and simultaneously on employee performance.
The results of qualitative research show that organization commitment at
PT. Sari Lembah Subur is still categorized into poor. The employees’ dedication
and devotion at work are still low and they are also assessed less loyal towards the
company. The employee motivation is still categorized into low too. This is
caused by minimal stimulus, reward, and career opportunity. While the employee
work discipline is categorized into good already, however the company still needs
to place the employee in line with their ability and educational background.
The results of quantitative test show that 1) there is positive and significant
effect of organization commitment on employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah
Subur, 2) there is positive and significant effect of motivation on employee
performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, 3) there is positive and significant effect
of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, 4) there is
positive and significant effect of organization commitment, motivation, and work
discipline simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur.
