Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Rumah Sakit Umum Tengku Rafi’an Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to determine and analyze the level of patient satisfaction with
the quality of services provided at the Tengku Rafian General Hospital in Siak
Regency. The population in this study were all inpatients as many as 1,341 patients.
The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling census method. While determining
the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Data analysis uses quantitative
descriptive methods, with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis tool.
From the results of tests that have been carried out, it shows that patient expectations
are higher compared to actual performance. Overall the level of patient satisfaction
ranges from 88.3% so that patients have not been said to be very satisfied because
expectations have not been reached to 100%. The hospital needs to conduct periodic
patient satisfaction surveys to find out the level of patient satisfaction with the quality
of services provided by Tengku Rafian Hospital and as a reference for future hospital
development.
