Pengaruh Pelatihan, Penempatan Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of training, placement and competence on employee performance. The population in this study were the employees of the State Civil Apparatus Se Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. Population is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics that are determined by the researcher for study and then draw conclusions. The population of this study were all of the Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency totaling 96 people. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method in which all members of the population are sampled.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS software. The results in this study indicate that training, placement and competence have an effect either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. This means that employees who have good training and placement according to their expertise and competence will have a good influence on performance.
