Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pos Indonesia Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and
organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia
Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at PT. Pos
Indonesia Pekanbaru, amounting to 165 people. Primary data was collected by
questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the
hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear regression with SPSS program.
The sampling technique chosen was the random sampling with 117 employees at
PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru. The results showed that: 1) leadership,
competence and organizational culture together had a significant effect on
employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru, 2) leadership partially
has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia
Pekanbaru, 3) competence partially has a significant effect on the performance of
the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru, 4) organizational culture
partially has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Pos
Indonesia Pekanbaru.
