This final project discusses the making of a Geographical Information System for Mapping Houses for Rent in the Simpang Baru District, Pekanbaru, based on Web GIS. The process of searching and managing data on rental houses in the Simpang Baru sub-district, Pekanbaru is still using the manual method, causing difficulties for rental house seekers in Simpang Baru village. For this reason, a Web-based GIS-based Geographic information system for Mapping Houses in the Village of Simpang Baru Pekanbaru was made using the PHP programming language, Google Maps and MYSQL database as a database. To design the system using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams, which are made using UML (Unified modeling language) software. The system built will make it easy for rental housing seekers to find rental houses in the Simpang Baru district, Pekanbaru.
