Credit score assessment is a process of assessing lecturer achievement as seen from the activities that have been carried out by the lecturer based on the guidelines for assessing the credit score for the functional position of the lecturer. The element of assessment contained in the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi concept consists of elements of education and teaching, elements of research, elements of community service and elements of support. This final project discusses the Information System for the Management of Lecturer Tri Dharma Activities in the Computer Science Department. The system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. and using the programming language PHP and MySQL Database. This system can make it easier for lecturers to enter data on their Tri Dharma activity reports and leaders can find out about the improvement in the performance of lecturers in the Computer Science Department.
