This final project discusses the making of a Web-Based Tutoring Information System at SMPN 2 Pendalian IV Koto. Judging from the current situation and conditions to face school final exams and preparation for entry to high school level for ninth grade students at SMPN 2 Pendalian IV Koto, it is necessary to hold additional tutoring classes in order to add insight and knowledge gained. For that we need a Web-Based Tutoring Information System at SMPN 2 Pendalian IV Koto which is made with the PHP programming language and MySQL database as a database. To design the system using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams, which are created using UML (Unified modeling language) software. This system built will make it easy for teachers and students to carry out the teaching and learning process in one system.
