This research was conducted in Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to know what encourages the cost of children to conduct deviant behavior in the village Simpang Baru Charming district of Pekanbaru. Topic focus of this research is the social supervision efforts of the owner of the cost to deviate behavior of the children at Simpang Baru Sub District charming Kota Pekanbaru. Data instruments are observations, interviews and documentation. Research finds there are several factors that encourage the cost of children to conduct deviant behavior, namely as follows: environment, research finds that research subjects are in an environment that all housing Kos-kosan has no supervision Cost owners directly. Associations, research subjects knew all the inhabitants of the cost where they settled. Friendship relations of research subjects with a friend's cost are also fairly familiar. Cost regulation, research finds in all Kos-kosan research subjects there are rules that must be obeyed by all residents of the cost. One of them is the guest's hours and guest limits. The study found there was a social supervision over the children's deviant behavior of Kos, which is as follows: monitoring the cost of children activities, research finds people always focus their attention on the majority of students. According to Mr. RT, it is more common for local residents to be caused by the activities of the cost occupants who generally are students. Establishing regulations firmly, research finds generally every cost has a rule displayed by a cost owner or by a resident tenant based on the shared consent of the cost member. Researchers found no small cost children who initially sat together outside of cost. To establish violation sanctions firmly, the research conducted found that for cost members who are caught to commit irregularities that exceed the limit will be penalized as married, fined Rp 3 million of each individual and The environment.
