This research was submitted to qualify for a bachelor's degree in Sociology. With the title "The Life of Refugees from Afghanistan in D'cops Guesthouse Pekanbaru''. In the reality of public life, it is realized that there are diverse communities with various backgrounds of social life.One of them is the life of a refugee in Pekanbaru. Some people want to immigration to become refugees for various reasons, some do immigration because of work, education, even some are forced to do immigration because of threats from other parties or other groups. The various obstacles they face during their time as immigrants until the time of becoming refugees also continue to struggle to achieve rights like other human beings. The refugees living in Pekanbaru have been living for more than five years. During that time they also do activities that often face and interaction with the local community, this they do because they are human beings and they need that in order for them to be accepted in the environment in order to adapt and survive when in a new environment. The highlight of their existence is the changing pattern of life of every journey they have gone through. The above explanation is discussed in its entirety in the paper with the title " The Life of Refugees from Afghanistan in D'cops Guesthouse Pekanbaru ", with a refugee informant of four people, a key informant from rudenim and two people in the community.
