Potensi Konflik Antar Pedagang (Pedagang Pemilik Toko dan Pedagang Kaki Lima di Pasar Tradisional Duri Kecamatan Mandau)

The market plays an important role in moving the wheels of the economy in the informal sector, so it must be maintained. However, this cannot be separated from the potential conflict between traders in the informal sector that occurs between street vendors (PKL) and shop owner traders.
This study aims to determine the form of potential conflicts between traders and the cause of the street vendors (PKL) to always return to selling despite the pressure from various parties. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Primary data sources were obtained from direct interviews and secondary data from the Department of industry and trading Mandau Distric. Retrieval of informants using the purposive sampling technique with a total of 6 traders who have had a conflict and 2 triangulasi informants.
The results showed that the potential form of conflict was in the form of sarcasm, there was never a greeting in the context of good communication and social interaction and often shop owners reported to Satpol PP to evict the street vendors (PKL) and the reason the street vendors (PKL) remained. due to economic causes and distance.
