Tradition is an act that is repeated in the same form. tradition is a habit that is carried out continuously by the community and will be passed down from generation to generation. Its effectiveness and efficiency are always updated following the development of cultural elements. Raatib Togak has become or is categorized as one of the local wisdoms of the people of Kampung Baru Village, Cerenti District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This religious tradition is only carried out in the Khatam Qur'an Tradition (Raatib Togak). Uniquely, this tradition is only done by men and standing in a circle while going round and round. This research uses purposive technique. In collecting data, the writer uses interview technique. the Khatam Qur'an (raatib Togak) tradition from its religious value that the implementation of the Khatam Qur'an (raatib togak) tradition aims to broadcast Islam and make the obligation of celebration or thanksgiving in Islam not monotonous because it has been translated into cultural arts that have become a tradition In addition, more and more people worship and come to the mosque. Meanwhile, from the point of view of the cultural value of the Raatib Toga tradition, it is now aimed as a custom that will be carried out from generation to generation and be useful so that people maintain mutual relations, unity and integrity in this Raatib Tōgak traditional activity.
