Kandungan Logam Berat Pb Pada Organ Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Carpio) Dan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) Di Waduk Plta Koto Panjang, Provinsi Riau
Abstract Goldfish can be found in the Koto Panjang Reservoir. In the vicinity of the reservoir waters, many anthropogenic activities result in heavy metals entering the water and thus accumulating in organisms living in the reservoir waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of Pb in water and fish organs (gills, kidneys, and meat), as well as to determine the condition of the gill and kidney tissue structure. This study used a survey method that was carried out at the location of bridge 2 and the dam site. Pb levels were measured using the Shimadzu brand AA-7000 Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results showed that the average Pb content in water (0.1981 mg / L - 0.2054 mg / L) was above the quality standard limit value. The order of heavy metal content in goldfish organs is (0.09275) kidney> (0.08015) gills> (0.07075) meat, indicating that the Pb content is still below the quality standard and suitable for consumption. Results of the research on fish gill tissue structure of carp showed abnormalities, such as hyperplasia, hypertrophy, epithelium rupture, necrosis, telangiectasis with a HAI score of 212 which is very heavy damage, and the presence of parasites Dactylogyrus sp and Myxobolus sp. Structure of the kidney tissue still shows a normal state.
