The current development of smartphone technology has had a huge impact on the
world of information technology and telecommunications. The emergence of
various applications for smartphones can provide options to improve the
performance and effectiveness of an activity, one of the things that affects the
creation of an application, because customers have to go to the guard to get a queue
number, then have to wait for the queue number and this will take a lot of time,
especially if conditions are busy and all are busy serving other customers.
on the application side to be built using the Java programming language, Software
Development Kit (SDK), and Android Development Tools (ADT) by using
Android Studio, this application provides Android-based Queuing services by
utilizing Firebase as online storage.
This application is easy to do because it can be done anywhere automatically from
the system, this application the user / user can find out the queue number that takes
place just by looking at the smartphone, this application the staff of the agency
where the queue can change the queue number with the application
