Analisis Fraktal Curah Hujan Bulanan Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Metode Eksponen Hurst
This research aims to see the regularity pattern of monthly rainfall in Pekanbaru
City by making a rainfall fractal analysis program. The data on this research is
used data from 2016 to 2020. These data would be analyzed using R2015a matlab
application with Exponen Hurst metohd. The Exponent Husrt value was obtained
after analyzed data from logR/S slope regression with log(n) so fractal dimension
value was obtained according to D= 2-H equation. The result of this research can
be used to clasificate the rainfal data monthly: random, anti-persistance,
persistance. The fractal dimension value highly depends on Exponent Hurst value.
According to Exponent Hurst, the result of this research shows that rainfall data
pattern tends to persistance and the pattern of rainfall increasingly disorganized
year by year in Pekanbaru. It is caused fractal value increasingly farther form 1
value.
