Analisis Produktivitas Pekerja Pada Pekerjaan Struktur Beton Bertulang Dengan Metode Time Study (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Susun Yayasan Luhur Amal Mulia Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda)
ABSTRACT
The productivity of workers determines the success of the implementation
of the construction project schedule, because it has an impact on the suitability
between the planning of the construction schedule and the progress of the work in
the field. Reinforced concrete structure work is a critical activity in planning the
schedule of a project that needs to be analyzed for worker productivity. The
purpose of this study is to calculate the productivity of workers in reinforced
concrete structures, to determine the factors that affect worker productivity in
reinforced concrete structures. The calculation of productivity is carried out by the
Time Study method which is used to measure the productivity of labor in the field
by determining the standard time of a job obtained from observations. In the
observation, the basic time value will be measured which will be processed into
standard time to calculate the productivity value. From the calculation results, the
value of worker productivity in the installation of beam formwork is 8.157
m2/OH, plate formwork is 32,051 m2/OH, and column formwork is 6.548
m2/OH. The value of worker productivity in the installation of beam
reinforcement is 295.731 Kg/OH, plate reinforcement is 261.731 Kg/OH, and
column reinforcement is 235.279 Kg/OH. Meanwhile, the productivity value for
beam casting is 5.256 m3/OH, plate casting is 10,777 m3/OH, and column casting
is 1,319 m3/OH. The results of the productivity analysis show that the location
between the material and the place of work, the number of workers, relaxation
allowances, the material used, and the use of tools in the work are factors that
affect the productivity of workers in reinforced concrete structures.
