ABSTRACT
A healthy house is a residential building that meets health requirements, namely a
house that has sufficienr space lighting, clean water facilities, garbage disposal
facilities, waste water disposal facilities, good ventilation, appropriate housing
density and the floor of the house is not made of soil. To create a residential
environment that is neatly arranged, safe, and comfortable, it is better to build a
house to live in accordance with local regulations or standards that have been set
in the requirements of a healthy home. The purpose of this review is to determine
whether the Type 45 housing Kelapa Gading Pekanbaru city is in accordance with
the health aspects of the Ministry of Industry and Settlements and Infrastructure in
2002 and get changes to the budget plan. The health aspects are adequate lighting
in the room, adequate ventilation, air temperature and humidity in the room,
provision of clean water/drinking water, household waste water disposal,
household waste disposal arrangements and minimum requirements need for time
and space. These aspects of health in the form of adequate lighting in the room,

Decree of the Minister of Settlements and Regional Infrastructure in 2002.
Because the house does not meet the health aspect, the budget plan for the house
to meet the health aspect becomes Rp 153.200.000,00.
