ABSTRACT
A healthy home is defined as a shelter and a place to rest so as to foster a perfect life both
physical and spiritual that must be fulfilled. The house is made as comfortable as possible by
paying attention to health factors. The purpose of this review is to determine whether the
Type 36 housing house Graha Sadika Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru is in accordance with the
health aspects of the Ministry of Industry and Settlements and Infrastructure in 2002 and get
changes to the budget plan. These aspects of health in the form of adequate lighting or
lighting, good air circulation, the provision of clean water / drinking water, household waste
disposal arrangements, parts of space and walls should not be damp, household waste
disposal, and the minimum needs of time and space guided by the Decree of the Minister of
Settlements and Regional Infrastructure in 2002. From this review there are some who have
not met the health aspects of the house in the form of lighting, air circulation, clean water
supply, and minimum space needs and that have met the health aspects, namely the disposal
of household waste, floors and walls that should not be damp, household waste disposal. The
price of the existing home budget plan that has not met the health aspect 77,250,000.00 then
the budget plan of the cost of the house that has met the health aspect to 79,723,000.00.
