ABSTRACT
Heavy Equipment is a tool that is used to assist and relieve humans in carrying
out development work in a project. The use of heavy equipment in accordance
with the function in project implementation will greatly impact project
performance. In this project there are several stages of work that are planned and
implemented, one of which is the Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC)
work. This research was conducted on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road Development
Project (Section 2D), with the aim of calculating the planned and realized
productivity and determining the effective of heavy equipment in the field for the
Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) work on the Pekanbaru - Dumai
Trans Sumatra Toll Road project. (2D Section).
