Pengaruh Penambahan Aditif Mastersure®1007 Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Dengan Kadar Semen Rencana 409.80 Kg/M3
ABSTRACT
MasterSure®1007 is a type G chemical admixture containing retarders and
superplaticizers that function to delay the setting time of concrete, increase
workability values and improve concrete quality. This study aims to determine
how the effect of the addition of MasterSure®1007 on compressive strength and
workability with a design cement content of 409.80 kg/m3. The mixing method
used is DOE which is in accordance with SNI 03-2834-2000 and has previously
been tested for properties of the concrete constituent materials in the laboratory.
The test object is in the form of a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 150 mm
and a height of 300 mm with a total of 8 samples for each variation of the addition
of MasterSure®1007, namely 3 samples for a test age of 7 days and 5 samples for
a test age of 28 days. The slump test was carried out on fresh concrete aged 0.1,2,
and 3 hours on concrete using MasterSure®1007. Variations of the addition of
MasterSure®1007 used were 0%, 0.55%, 0.83%, 1.1%, 1.38%, 1.65%, 1.93% and
2.2% of the weight of cement used. The results of the compressive strength test of
concrete were 29.77 MPa, 41.82 MPa, 37.74 MPa, 45.78 MPa, 50.19 MPa, 56.69
MPa, 40.46 MPa, and 36.67 MPa and the slump in fresh concrete aged 0.1, 2, and
3 hours was obtained at the optimum dose was 1.65% with slump values of 10.5,
17, 17.5, and 20 cm, respectively.
