Analisis Pengaruh Nilai Toleransi Pada Metode Eoq Terhadap Optimisasi Model Manajemen Persediaan
This thesis discusses the EOQ model by adding tolerance values, especially for items that
are easily damaged. The tolerance value when ordering is placed is called α and when the goods
are stored is called β given to minimize damage or depreciation. Perishable items in this thesis
are fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. The assumption is given that the order tolerance value is
smaller than the storage tolerance value, that is α < β. EOQ model calculation of tolerance
values uses software MATLAB. The results obtained from this discussion are that the EOQ
model of tolerance value is able to minimize the level of damage and minimize the total cost of
inventory with an increased annual order cycle compared to the general EOQ model.
