ABSTRACT
Knowing the ability of production theory, actual, tool spesifications and efficiency
on Crusher equipment at PT. Hakaaston Kampar Rock Crushing Unit. The data
collection method used is to calculate the daily data of heavy equipment, as well
as to compare the actual and theoretical production results. The results of this
study compare the actual production capacity with the production target so that
the difference in effeciency can be known. The conclusions obtained are: The
production target of PT. Hakaaston is 113,91 tons/hour, with an actual
production yield of 30 tons/hour, a theoretical of 42,15 tons/hour and a
production target of 113,91 tons/hour. So the efficiency of the comparison
between the actual and theoretical production is 0,71 the comparison between the
actual and the production target is 0,26.
