ABSTRACT
Productivity is used as a measure of whether the project is implemented
effectively and efficiently or not. Productivity is very important in completing a
job. In construction projects, the productivity ratio is a value measured during the
construction process which can be separated into labor, material, money, methods
and equipment costs. The success or failure of the construction process depends
on the effectiveness of resource management. One of the resources is the human
factor, namely labor (foreman and workers) to determine the level of productivity.
The workforce is deployed effectively and the achievement of business goals can
be carried out properly, effectively and efficiently. This research takes place at the
Pekanbaru City Wastewater Piping Development Project, which is located at Jalan
Melur Area Selatan (SC-2) Pekanbaru City. The object studied as a source of data
in this study is labor time productivity based on planning with productivity based
on field implementation. The result is that the planning time is 36 days, while the
actual implementation time in the field is 51 days, the difference is 15 days later
than the planning time.
