This final project discusses the making of the School Health Unit Service
Information System. Starting from entering the personal data of students, teachers,
and drug data, it is done in writing on book paper. This manual data collection is
considered ineffective to improve health services in schools. For this reason, a
Web-based School Health Unit Service Information System at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru
is needed, made in PHP programming language, CodeIgniter as Framework and
MYSQL database as database. To design the system using Use Case Diagrams,
Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, which are created using UML (Unified
modeling language) software. The system built will make it easy for the school
health unit to store data and the school to obtain information so as to increase the
effectiveness and efficiency of the school health unit services at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.
