Pengaruh Klasifikasi Kelas Situs Menurut Sni 1726-2019 Terhadap Keruntuhan Progresif Pada Struktur Gedung Tidak Beraturan
ABSTRACT
Along with the development of building construction technology, the
construction of multi-storey buildings with irregular structures is increasing in
order to meet the aesthetic aspects of the building as well as due to limited available
land. This irregular shape of the structure greatly contributed to the progressive
collapse of the building. In addition to the design aspect, structural design on
seismic load must be planned with the new applicable regulations, that is SNI 1726-
2019. One of the changes that occurred in SNI 1726-2019 is the classification of
site classes. This study aims to examine the effect of site class classification on the
progressive collapse of irregular building structures. This research was conducted
by analyzing structural elements such as of columns and beams before and after
removing one of the structural columns guided by the General Services
Administration (GSA) with using equivalent static lateral force as seismic load on
the four site class classifications, SB (Rock), SC (hard soil), SD (medium soil) and
SE (soft soil). Examination of structural strength using finite element based
software to determine the value of Demand Capacity Ratio (DCR), Bending
Moment Ratio (BMR) and Robustness Indicator (R). The structure is said to
experience progressive collapse if the DCR value is> 1.5. From the analysis, it is
known that the DCR value from the SB site class to the SE site class has increased
while the BMR value has decreased. The results of the analysis also show that
progressive collapse does not occur in the four cases of column failure and site
class differences againts axial and moment forces, but occurs in shear forces. The
prediction of the collapse type that occurs in the structure based on the structural
deformation is the domino type and the pancake type. The Robustness Indicator (R)
value obtained is close to one (R≈1), this value indicates that the load distribution
is running normally.
