Sintesis Nanopartikel Perak Menggunakan Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona Muricata L) Sebagai Degradasi Metilen Biru
Silver nanoparticles are silver particles that have a size between 1 nm - 100 nm,
silver nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized with the help of soursop
leaf extract reduction (Annona muricata Linn). The synthesis process is carried
out by extracting soursop leaf solution (5 gr/L) with a solution of (0.01
M) with volume rating of 10:30 ml, 7:33 ml, and 5:35 ml of reducing method.
Then added a few drops of NaOH 1M until the solution has a pH of 10 and stirred
using a magnetic stirrer for 10 minutes for each sample. Optical characterization
uses the UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (Ultra Violet Visible) to observe the optical
properties of silver nanoparticles, XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) to determine the
structure and size of crystals, and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) to
determine the morphology and size distribution of particle granules. Synthesis of
silver nanoparticles with the help of soursop leaf extract reduction using UV-Vis
Spectrophotometers resulted in peak absorbance values of SPR (Surface Plasmon
Resonance) at wavelengths of 416 to 435 nm, the results of XRD analysis showed
crystal size data ranging from 0.8622-1.1612 nm with FCC Crystal structure (Face
Center Cubic). Morphology of sem characterization results obtained particle sizes
ranging from 2 nm to 49 nm with spherical form. Silver nanoparticles were
applied using methylene blue with a concentration of 100 ppm with time
variations of 2, 4, 6, 8 hours which resulted in the degradation efficiency values:
in Sample A (1:3) was 95.81% and in Sample B (1:7) 96.58%. The results showed
that silver was able to degrade.
