ABSTRACT
The property industries, especially industrial areas are experiencing rapid growth.
Industrial development can bring on negative impacts such like industrial waste
and environmental damage. To overcome this impact, preventions are needed by
creating the concept of a sustainable area that is supported by an institution,
namely the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). In this study, one of the
rating tools used by GBCI is Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0. This study
was intended to determine the fulfillment of the application of criteria, feasibility
assessment and success rate of Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 in the
Ecogreen industrial area. The area means an area that has been built (built project).
The process of fulfilling the feasibility begins with the provision of a regional
master plan and environmental permit documents. The calculation of the success
rate of Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 (Built Project) uses seven categories,
including LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE and IFD. Based on the data
analysis of those categories, the Ecogreen Industrial Estate can not achieve the
GREENSHIP title yet with a total of 24 points.
