Evaluasi Saluran Drainase Pada Jalan Purwodadi Ujung Menggunakan Software Epa Swmm 5.0
ABSTRAK
Drainage is defined as one of the basic facilities designed as a system to meet the
needs of the community and is an important component in urban planning. Urban
drainage functions as it should, that is, there is no inundation, one of the causes is
rainwater trapped in low areas or basins. Jalan Purwodadi Ujung is one of the
roads that often gets inundated, but the puddles also disturb motorists and damage
the road. To prevent inundation, it is necessary to predict how much surface
runoff is in the channel based on land use in 2031. A study was conducted to
predict and simulate the flood problem using EPA SWMM 5.0. With the results of
the estimated flood that occur, it is necessary to prioritize flood prevention at the
depth of the channel by changing the dimensions of the channel. Before changing
the existing condition of the drainage channel, the points that experienced
flooding were at junctions J1, J2, J4, J7 and J9. The simulation results obtained
that the dimensions of the channel that are able to overcome the flood are channel
width (B) 0.65 m, channel depth (H) 0.60 m, and channel slope (m) 0.1.
