ABSTRACT
The increasing need for residential houses from time to time is in line with the
increase in residential construction. Before carrying out construction, careful
planning is needed, especially in terms of structural planning. Structural planning
can be done by manual planning or by computerized planning using software. For
planning using software, one of them can be done with ETABS (Extended Three
Dimensional Analysus of Building Systems) software while still referring to the
regulations that apply in Indonesia such as: Requirements for Structural Concrete
for Buildings (SNI 2847-2013) and Procedures for Resilience Planning
Earthquake for Building and Non-Building Structures (SNI 1726-2012). From the
results of manual and computerized structural planning, a structural drawing plan
to be built will be obtained, equipped with calculations and reinforcement details
for each structural element to be built. And also other provisions in the calculation
and planning will be explained in the Work Plan and Terms. Accuracy,
thoroughness and patience are needed in planning a building.
