Perancangan Struktur Gedung Rangka Baja Tahan Gempa Yang Terintegrasi Bim (Building Information Modeling)
ABSTRACT
Industrial era 4.0 has an influence in the world of construction services in terms
of building design that requires the integration of Architect, Engineering, and
Construction (AEC). Using software that is integrated with Building Information
Modeling BIM will facilitate and shorten the time in designing a structure and
can reduce errors due to human error. A building is designed so that it can meet
the safety requirements from earthquake hazards. This research uses Tekla
Structural Designer software which is integrated with BIM and SAP2000. The
earthquake load used in this study is based on the 2010 earthquake map and the
2017 earthquake map. The acceleration response spectrum values on the 2010 Ss
and S1 earthquake maps are 0.441 and 0.274. While the acceleration values for
the 2017 Ss and S1 earthquake map spectrum responses are 0.299 and 0.236. The
effect of the load on the steel frame building structure is supported by
displacement, the displacement between floors, and internal forces in the
structure. The method used in this research is the (DAM) Direct Analysis Method.
In this research, a 5-story steel frame structure is modeled with a span length of X
20 m and a direction of Y 16 m, a height between floors of 4 m with a total height
of 20 m. The profiles used in this modeled are H column profile
356×376×17.9×17.9 and IWF beam 229×210×14.5×23.7. The results of the
analysis of the maximum moment on the beam element affected by the 2010
earthquake are 82.953 kNm. While the maximum moment of the beam element
affected by the 2017 earthquake is 82.922 kNm. The column element shows the
maximum axial affected by the 2010 earthquake, which is 1371.73 kN. While the
maximum axial force affected by the 2017 earthquake is 1370.25 kN. Based on the
results of the analysis of the internal forces that were affected by the 2010
earthquake, it was greater 5.55 % than the 2017 earthquake. This was because
the acceleration response spectrum values on the 2010 earthquake map was
greater than the 2017 earthquake map based on Ss of 14.2% and S1 of 3.8%.
