Pengaruh Penambahan Enzim Phytase Dosis Berbeda Pada Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Nilem (Osteochilus Hasselti) Dengan Sistem Resirkulasi
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of phytase
enzyme in commercial feed to increase the growth of nilem fish (Osteochilus
hasselti) with a recirculation system. This study used an experimental method
with a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatment
levels and three replications. The treatments were: P0 (without phytase enzyme),
P1 (phytase enzyme 0.5 g/kg feed), P2 (phytase enzyme 1 g/kg feed), P3 (phytase
enzyme 1.5 g/kg feed) and P4 (phytase enzyme 1.5 g/kg feed), phytase 2 g/kg
feed). The results showed that the addition of the phytase enzyme in the feed
showed a significant effect (P0.05) on the survival rate. The results showed that the phytase enzyme
with different doses in feed with a recirculation system had a significant effect on
nilem growth, absolute weight, absolute length, specific growth rate, feed
conversion ratio and feed digestibility. The best treatment was P4 (phytase
enzyme 2 g/kg feed). ) with an absolute weight growth of 4.69±0.45 g, an absolute
length growth of 2.90±0.01 cm, a specific growth rate of 3.93±0.19%, an FCR of
1.19±0.01%, and survival rate of 100±0.00%. The digestibility value of nilem fish
feed is 71.26% and protein digestibility in nilem fish is 87.15%. Water quality
parameters during the study still supported the temperature ranged from 27.2-
28.8˚C, water pH ranged from 6.1-7.2, dissolved oxygen content (DO) ranged
from 4.5-6.5 ml/L and ammonia ranged from 0.00057-0.00195 mg/L.
