Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai Berbasis Web Pada Balai Besar Pom Di Pekanbaru
The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BBPOM) in Pekanbaru requires a more efficient, objective, and integrated employee performance assessment system to improve the quality of public service. This study develops a web-based employee performance information system to address issues found in the previous manual process, such as data duplication and delayed reporting. The system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, adopting the waterfall development model. Key features include employee data management, assessment periods, job positions, evaluation criteria, and performance reporting. The implementation results show that the system simplifies the assessment process, enhances data accuracy, and accelerates data-driven decision-making. With a simple and user-friendly interface, this system is expected to be an effective solution to support performance management at BBPOM Pekanbaru.
