Cadangan premi pada asuransi jiwa Dwiguna kontingensi berdasarkan hukum makeham menggunakan metode fackler
Makeham’s law considers two mortality rates, namely a constant mortality rate representing deaths due to factors unrelated to age, such as accidents or conge- nital diseases, and a mortality rate that increases with age due to senescence. This renders Makeham’s law to provide a precise calculation of mortality proba- bilities, thereby a more accurate calculation of premium reserves and mitigating potential losses for insurance companies. This final project discusses the premi- um reserves of life insurance dwiguna contingent for two insurance participants who have kinship relationships. Contingent life insurance is an insurance whose payment of benefits are based on the order of decease, so the premium reserves are set by observe the mortality sequence, specifically whether the first-to-die or second-to-die. The determination premium reserves based on Makeham’s law with using the Fackler’s method, which is rooted of retrospective reserve, where the reserves calculation based on historical expenditure data. The solution of premium reserves is obtained by determining a life annuity, single premium, and annual premium where these calculation are based on Makeham’s law. The results indicate that the premium reserve for an individual who predeceases is greater compared to an individual who survives.
