Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Harapan Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru Di SDN Rayon Bersatu, Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah, Rokan Hilir
In this study, the problem phenomena were found, namely the low
competence of teachers; low motivation to try to develop teacher self-quality;
uneven distribution of teachers; low awareness and enthusiasm to share
knowledge and experiences; transfer and placement of teachers associated with
political issues; the low ability of teachers to write and implement CAR; and there
are many teachers who have an easy-to-find mentality.
This research is aimed to evaluate and to analyze: 1) The influence of work
discipline on teacher professionalism at State Primary School Rayon Bersatu,
Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, 2) the effect of expectations on teacher
professionalism at State Primary School Rayon Bersatu, Bagan Sinembah
District, Rokan Hilir, 3) the influence of work discipline and expectations together
on teacher professionalism at State Primary School Rayon Bersatu, Bagan
Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir.
The population of this research is the teachers of state Primary School
Rayon Bersatu, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir.as calculated about 105
teachers and all are estimated accurately. The types of data used in this research
is primary and secondary data gotten from teachers by using questioner. The
technique of data analyzing system used in this research are descriptive statistic
and inferential statistic. The collecting data system of descriptive statistic analysis
in this research used Microsoft excel program and SPSS version 23 for windows.
The results of this study indicate that firstly, there is a significant effect
between work discipline variables (X1) on teacher professionalism (Y) at SDN
Rayon Bersatu, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, which has a large effect of
50.10% with a moderate interpretation. Second, there was a significant effect
between the expectation variable (X2) on teacher professionalism (Y) at SDN
Rayon Bersatu, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, and the magnitude of the
effect was 42.80% with a moderate interpretation. Third, there was a significant
effect between work discipline variables (X1) and expectations (X2) on teacher
professionalism (Y) at SDN Rayon Bersatu, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan
Hilir, which had a large effect of 56.50% with a moderate interpretation.
