Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Interaksi Sosial Terhadap Kompetensi Supervisi Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kabupaten Kampar
This study raises the issue of: 1) Is there an influence of emotional
intelligence on the Supervision Competence of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in
Kampar Regency? 2) Is there any influence of Social Interaction on the
Supervision Competence of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar Regency? 3)
Is there any influence of Emotional Intelligence and Social Interaction on the
Supervision Competence of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar Regency?
This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the influence of emotional
intelligence on the Supervision Competence of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in
Kampar Regency. 2) the influence of social interaction on the supervision
competence of the head of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar Regency. 3) the influence
of Emotional Intelligence and Social Interaction on the Supervision Competence
of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar Regency.
The population of this study was the head of Madrasah Aliyash in Kampar
Regency, which amounted to 60 people and the sample of this study was 38 Heads
of Aliyash Madrasah in Kampar Regency. The type of data from this study is
primary data and secondary data for those obtained from teachers using
questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive
statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Processing of data for
descriptive statistical analysis in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS
version 23 for Windows.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the
variables of Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Social Interaction (X2) on the
Supervision Competence (Y) of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah in Kampar Regency.
