Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perencanaan Dan Praktik Bisnis Terhadap Keterampilan Kewirausahaan Siswa Di SMK Kota Pekanbaru
This study is driven by a desire to learn about planning and business
practices as one of the knowledge of business plan options to minimize the
unemployment rate at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. The goal of this
study is to see if there is a significant impact of business planning knowledge on
the entrepreneurial skills of SMK students in Pekanbaru City, if there is a
significant impact of business practice knowledge on the entrepreneurial skills of
SMK students in Pekanbaru City, and if there is a significant impact of planning
knowledge and business practices on the entrepreneurial skills of SMK students in
Pekanbaru City.
Expost facto research with descriptive research type was used in this
study. Primary and secondary data were employed as data sources. The
participants in this study are 17 students from SMK Labor Pekanbaru City in
class XII who are majoring in online business and marketing. The census
sampling technique was utilized in this study, hence the sample size was the full
population of 17 pupils. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized
to obtain data. The requirements test and hypothesis testing are two data analysis
methodologies.
The researcher's results are that business planning knowledge has a
partially favorable and considerable influence on student skills, based on the data
acquired and a set of tests conducted using a regression analysis model. The t test
yielded a value of 2.835. From these findings, it is clear that the more business
planning information pupils have, the better their entrepreneurial talents will be.
Students' entrepreneurial talents are influenced by their knowledge of business
methods in a good and important way. The t test yielded a result of 2,785. These
findings show that, assuming all other variables remain constant, the better a
student's knowledge of business practices is, the greater the impact on students'
entrepreneurial skills, and that knowledge of planning and business practices has
a significant impact on students' entrepreneurial skills. achieved a score of 4.663
on the F test. These findings show that the stronger a student's simultaneous
understanding of planning and business procedures, the larger the impact on
growing entrepreneurial skills, providing the other independent factors remain
constant.
