Pelayanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Di Kabupaten Kampar
The National Health Insurance service program must be carried out
professionally and without any interest, this is a small part of the community's
assumptions about the service of National Health Insurance patients, which
should not have a fundamental difference in service between National Health
Insurance patients and general patients. The provision of basic health services
provided to the community is implemented at the level of the Puskesmas and the
Bangkinang Regional General Hospital, Kampar Regency.
This study aims to identify and analyze the National Health Insurance
Service in Kampar Regency and also to identify and analyze the factors that
influence the National Health Insurance in Kampar Regency. This study uses
Kotler and Keller (2009) there are five main indicators of service quality. The
type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach.
Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that so far the Kampar Regency
Government regarding public health services has made every effort possible in
realizing a good and comprehensive health service for the community. The JKN
Health Insurance System is contained in the Kampar Regent Regulation Number
05 of 2015 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the National Health
Insurance Program. There is a Tangibility dimension where JKN services try to
provide maximum service through the provision of facilities and ease of
administering JKN administration. Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and
Empathy to the community in getting treatment through JKN. The process of
implementing the National Health Insurance service in Kampar Regency has not
been overall effective, due to the availability of several types of resources that are
needed to support the program implementation process, such as the lack of human
resources which are still not ideal for the workload and responsibilities that must
be completed, the capacity of available health service facilities and infrastructure
is no longer in accordance with the number of participant visits that must be
served. The consequences have an impact on the service process that is not
optimal for the participants of the National Health Insurance.
