Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Komite Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDN Gugus V Di Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to analyze the influence of school principal and school
committee leadership on teacher performance in cluster V in Rupat District,
Bengkalis Regency. The background of the problem in this research is that
teachers do not have optimal teacher performance. There are still many teachers
who carry out their duties and their performance is not in accordance with the
tasks given. This suboptimal performance situation, in this study, was analyzed by
linking the leadership of the principal and the committee to teacher performance.
Quantitative type, the sampling technique used is a saturated sample where all
members of the population are used as samples. So the number of samples used in
this study were 67 teachers of SDN Gugus V, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency.
After conducting research and data analysis, it was found that the Effect of
Principal Leadership (X1) and the Role of School Committees (X2) together on
Teacher Performance at SDN (Y) Rupat The results showed that there was an
influence of principal's leadership on teacher performance. Leadership is 6,600
and a significance value of 0.000 while the School Committee variable is 2.975
and a significance value of 0.043. There is a positive and significant influence of
principal and school committee leadership on teacher performance. The principal's
leadership has a positive direction of influence, namely the better the principal's
leadership, the greater the teacher's performance, and vice versa. And the better
the role of the School Committee on the teacher, the more the teacher's
performance will increase, and vice versa, and a jointly significant effect is
obtained between the variables of the Principal's Leadership and the School
Committee on Teacher Performance at SDN Rupat
