Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, either partially or simultaneously. Using a survey method with a correlational quantitative approach. The sample used was 65 ASN teachers spread over six public junior high schools throughout the Kuantan Mudik sub-district and all of them were studied (saturated sampling or census).
The type of data from this study is primary data for discipline and motivation variables obtained from teachers using questionnaires and secondary data for performance variables obtained from school principals using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of SPSS.
Based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that work discipline and work motivation have a positive effect either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. This proves that the higher the work discipline and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance in achieving educational goals.
