Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja Dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Non Medis Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru
In the era of globalization that is increasingly advanced and developing, a
company or organization must be able to develop human resources, including
human resources in hospitals. The object of this research is the Tampan
Pekanbaru Mental Hospital, abbreviated as RSJ Tampan. This study aims to
determine how much influence job training, job skills, and job promotion have on
the work performance of non-medical employees at the Tampan Mental Hospital
Pekanbaru. The research method uses quantitative data collection through
questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study was 83 nonmedical
employees of the civil servant section at the Tampan Hospital with the
purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear
regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the
SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that there is
a partially significant effect, among others, on work performance with a tcount
value of 11.753 > ttable 1.989, work performance ability with a value of 8.059 >
ttable 1.989, and an increase in the performance of non-medical employees at the
Tampan Hospital with a t-value of 12.307 > from t-table 1.989. Furthermore, it is
also proven that there is a simultaneous effect between Job Training, Job Skills,
and Position Promotion on the Work Performance of Non-Medical Employees at
Handsome Hospital with an Fcount of 95,840 > from Ftable of 2.72. Overall, the
results of the simple and multiple regression tests were well received.
Furthermore, it is suggested to RSJ Tampan to pay attention to programs to
improve training, promotion, and promotion of employee work performance
which will increase every year, as well as provide more recent theories to
increase knowledge and strengthen research results.
