Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Tetap Non Medis Pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Budhi Mulia Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in the
progress of a company. To increase employee loyalty, the company needs to manage the
human resources in it. This research was conducted at the Budhi Mulia Mother and Child
Hospital, Pekanbaru, located at Jalan Soekarno Hatta No. 226-228 East Sidomulyo,
Arengka, Kec. Peaceful Marpoyan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect
of compensation and work environment on the loyalty of non-medical permanent
employees at the Budhi Mulia Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. Compensation and
work environment as variables X1 and X2 and Loyalty as variable Y.
The research method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods obtained
from the results of the questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale technique. The data
was then obtained using the SPSS program. This study also uses the method of simple
linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study
was 55 respondents from the total population using the total sampling method.
The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is the provision of compensation
to employee loyalty with tcount (5.888) > ttable (1.674) which means that compensation
has a significant effect on employee loyalty. The second test, the work environment with
tcount (7.804) > ttable (1.674) which means that the work environment has a significant
effect on employee loyalty. The results of the Fcount test (33.027) > Ftable (3.18) which
means that the provision of compensation and the work environment simultaneously has a
significant effect on employee loyalty.
