Pemberian Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Loyalitas Kerja (Studi Empiris Karyawan Pt. Timas Suplindo Duri)
This study aims to determine the provision of motivation and work discipline as a
strategy to increase work loyalty (empirical study of employees of PT. Timas Suplindo Duri.
The independent variables are motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). While the
dependent variable is employee loyalty (Y). in this study the method used is quantitative
descriptive analysis with the SPSS program.The population in this study is permanent
employees totaling 91 people, with the sample technique used is census/total sampling.Data
collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using
primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale.
The data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis,
determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).
The results of this study indicate that the provision of motivation has a significant effect on
employee loyalty. The second shows that work discipline has a significant effect on
employee loyalty. The results of research on providing motivation and work discipline as a
strategy to increase work loyalty (empirical study of employees of PT. Timas Suplindo Duri)
show that the provision of motivation and work discipline simultaneously has a significant
effect on employee loyalty.
