Before the construction of a building, the Budget Plan is one of the main
processes carried out to determine the total amount of work costs by outlining
each work item starting calculating the volume of work, making a Work Unit
Price Analysis (AHSP), making detailed Budget Plans, all of which The
calculation refers to the plan drawing. In this Final Project report, the author
designs a plan drawing with a building area of 165 m² and makes a work plan and
technical requirements for the specification of preparation work, soil and
concrete. The total building costs obtained are Rp. 824,767,000.00- and for the
cost per m² of building, it is Rp. 5,524,863.00-.
