Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Diversifikasi Usahatani Kelapa Sawit Dan Aren (Studi Kasus Desa Kiyap Jaya Kecamatan Bandar Sei Kijang Kabupaten Pelalawan)

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes
in production levels, input prices and output prices of a palm and palm
diversification business in Kiyap Jaya Village, Bandar Sei Kijang District,
Pelalawan Regency. The research method used is the case study method. The data
used is primary data and secondary data. Informant in this study is the business
owner of diversification of palm oil and palm, namely Mr. Musa with a land area
of 20 ha. Analysis of investment criteria data used is Net Present Value (NPV),
Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results
showed: Diversification of palm oil and palm farming is feasible to run because it
has a positive NPV value of Rp.13,919,465,343, the net value of B / C is greater
than zero which is 13.0 and the value of IRR is greater than the Social
Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) which is 37.3%. Diversification of oil palm
and sugar palm is still feasible if there is an increase in the price of fertilizer by
31.58%, a decrease in palm juice by 40%, and a decrease in the price of palm oil
by 15.07%.
