Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhada Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Disiplin Kerja Perkebunan Ptpn V (Studi Bagian Produksi Cpo Unit Terantam Kampar)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance through work discipline at PTPN V, Study of CPO Production Division at Terantam Kampar Unit. Supervision as an independent variable (X), then work discipline as an intervening (Z) and employee performance as the dependent variable. The problem in this research is the decrease in employee performance which is supported by target data and the realization of CPO production. Another problem is the lack of work discipline as evidenced by employee attendance data. The sample in this study were 63 people who are permanent employees of PTPN V Terantam unit, Kampar. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling through filling out questionnaires which were distributed to respondents which were then processed and tested statistically using WARP PLS 7.0. The results of the direct effect test show significant results in the supervision variable on employee performance with a p-value of 0.035 which is smaller than 0.05 and a path coefficient value of 0.441 which has a positive direction, the supervision variable on work discipline wit h a p-value of
