Rancangan Poster Ekstrak Daun Rumput Teki (Cyperus Rotundus) Sebagai Bioherbisida Terhadap Gulma Bandotan (Ageratum Conyzoides) Untuk Pembelajaran Biologi SMA
The study aims to design posters based on the influence of grass leaf extract as a biohericide against bandotan weeds on class X SMA ecosystem materials. The research was conducted in July - November at the Nature Laboratory of Biology Education, University of Riau. This study used 2 stages, phase I research using an experimental method with RAL consisting of 5 treatments and 4 tests with P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 treatments successively using a solution of teki grass leaf extract as much as 0, 3500, 4000, 4500 and 5000 ppm. The parameters of the study include the length of the roots, wet weight, dry weight, plant height and number of leaves. Analysis using ANOVA and further tests of DMRT at a level of 5%. Phase II of the poster design research uses 3 stages, Analysis, Design and Development. The results of the experimental, the excraction of grass leaves has a significant effect on the growth of bandotan weeds (Ageratum conyzoides). Concentration of 5000 ppm has the highest ability to suppress growth with a root length of 3.37 cm, a wet weight of 0.34 gr, a dry weight of 0.085 gr, a plant height of 2.7 cm and a number of leaves of 7 strands. Posters based on the influence of grass leaf extract as bioherbicides on bandotan weeds have been successfully designed on KD 3.9 and 4.9 of class X ecosystem materials.
