Analisa Regangan Serat Kisi Bragg Pada Aliran Fluida Menggunakan Tabung Silinder
Fiber optic sensors have become a concern of scientists, which causes optical fibers to be widely used as strain and temperature sensors. fiber bragg grating is one type of optical fiber that has high sensitivity and transmission speed so that the use of fiber bragg grating is growing. This research aims to analyze the strain of fiber bragg grating in fluid flow using a cylindrical tube due to loudspeaker vibrations and hot water vapor in the cylindrical tube. The variations given were three variations of conditions, the condition of the tube without being given water vapor and without being given a heart sound, the condition of the tube without being given water vapor and given a heart sound, and last the condition of the tubes being given water vapor and given a heart sound. Fiber Bragg Grating in this research was placed in 20 different positions in the cylindrical tube so that the strain value was obtained from each position. The results obtained from the three conditions indicate that the effect of temperature or air vapor pressure has an effect on the presence of sound, and the highest strain value is in the condition when hot water vapor is given and heart sounds are given.
